For individuals and groups actively choosing and doing differently…

Choosing equity

Choosing justice

Choosing cultural humility

Choosing learning

Choosing accessibility

Choosing intentional, safer, spaces

  • Our nonprofit organization has always been social-justice-oriented, but we are not experts and felt that we were falling short in some areas. We first went with a big-name DEI consultant team, but were disappointed. We then went to Erica who we found to be knowledgeable and current, as well as refreshingly direct and well organized. All of our staff feel heard and respected by Erica. She assessed our organization, and on that basis provided substantive and actionable guidance in various areas including internal policies and practices as well as how we communicate to the public. We have made considerable progress in making our hiring and staff development more equitable, as well as making our organization more welcoming, affirming, and accessible for prospective clients. I highly recommend Erica for equity and access consultation.

The Embodied Practice Collective

Because you want to love what you do again

After years of individual 1-on-1 consultations, with more than 500 therapists across the United States & beyond, a pattern of questions became clear. This offering is for clinicians who are wanting to grow their businesses to something sustainable, and not exclusively dependent on client work. This is for values centered clinicians, who truly want to help people, and they realize that people” includes themself too.

Instead of the 15-20 hours of individual consultations that I was doing with providers every month, I’m moving to a group program. Partially because it was a bit challenging to provide the most meaningful support and feedback when the first 1/3rd - 1/2 of your 1 hour consultations was getting me up to speed on your business and goals. This year long program gives you more time, and more aligned community, to work towards the sustainable and growing income you want. Doing so, while embodying the values that fuel you.

People will typically be more enthusiastic where they feel a sense of belonging and see themselves as part of a community than they will in a workplace in which each person is left to [their] own devices.
